Blackberry Date Coconut Smoothie

Yields: ~2 cups

  • 2 ea. dates (diced if you don't have a powerful mixer)
  • 1/2 c. blackberries
  • 1 ea. banana
  • 1/2 c. coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • recommended toppings: flaxseeds (1 tsp.), chia seeds (1 tsp.)

Blend all together until smooth and add toppings.
