Blueberry Pomegranate Almond Oats
Yields: 1 serving
Heat the almond milk in a small pot and stir in oats. Stir frequently until oats appear to have absorbed all the liquid without letting the liquid boil. Pull from stove, pour into bowl, and add toppings.
- 1/2 c. oats
- 1 c. almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 c. blueberries
- 1/4 c. pomegranate arils
- 1 ea. banana
- recommended toppings: raw almonds (1 Tbsp.), pepitas (1 Tbsp.), cinnamon
