Choco Pomie Coco Cups

Yields: 20 mini cups

  • 8 oz. dark chocolate (melted)
  • 1/2 c. pomegranate arils
  • 1/4 c. coconut, unsweetened, shredded  
  • 1/4 c. almonds, raw, unsalted (sliced or finely chopped)

Start with a layer of chocolate and alternate the ingredients until the tins are leveled off. Chill at least 1 hour. Pop out of molds and enjoy! :D
