Tropical Mango Coconut Smoothie

Yields: 2 cups
Blend all together until smooth and add toppings.
- 1/2 c. yogurt, Greek nonfat
- 1/2 c. water (or coconut water)
- 1/2 c. mango (frozen or fresh)
- 1 ea. banana
- 1 Tbsp. coconut, unsweetened shredded
- 1 tsp. maca powder
- recommended toppings: chia seeds, flaxseeds (1 Tbsp. each)
Blend all together until smooth and add toppings.
