Tropical Mango Coconut Smoothie

Yields: 2 cups

  • 1/2 c. yogurt, Greek nonfat
  • 1/2 c. water (or coconut water)
  • 1/2 c. mango (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 ea. banana
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut, unsweetened shredded
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • recommended toppings: chia seeds, flaxseeds (1 Tbsp. each)

Blend all together until smooth and add toppings.
